FACEPIECES AND LIFE-SUPPORT MASKS FOR PROTECTION AGAINST THE H1N1 VIRUS (SWINE FLU)
The spread of cases of swine flu in several countries has generated among facepiece (single use life-support masks) manufacturers many requests regarding which product is most suitable for the present situation.
Following the information published by the CDC (Center of Diseases and Control) of Atlanta and the World Health Organization regarding this situation, BLS, the only Italian manufacturer of certified facepieces, has announced that the minimal level of protection required is class FFP2, preferably class FFP3.
